Hi, I'm Kate! Photographer, hairdresser, and professional people person. Talking comes naturally to me, which means helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera does too. I’m happy to direct, chat, hold kids, wrangle dogs, or do whatever it takes to make your session feel easy and fun.
I believe photography should be an experience you actually enjoy. My sessions are as laid back or energetic as you want them to be. Want to keep things simple in one spot? Perfect. Want to run, laugh, or roll down a hill holding hands? I’m all in. This is your session, and it should feel like you.
My style blends candid moments with those classic smiling at the camera shots so you can remember not only how you looked, but how you felt in this season of life. I’ll guide you through everything along the way, so all you need to bring is your energy (and maybe embrace a little chaos).

When I’m not behind the camera or doing hair, I’m a mom to Lucah and Myla and married to my handsome hype-man, Nick. I fell in love with photography through documenting my kids, and now I get to help other families hold onto their moments too!
My work is carefully hand edited with intention and attention to every detail. Every session is deeply personal to me, and by the time we’re done, you won’t feel like clients — you’ll feel like family.
